The process of letting go is a regular practice. It is not always hard or difficult and not always a piece of cake either. It is simply a practice.
A friend says to me “no thinking” which to me is a practice of letting go. I relax and I find an emptiness that feels so full and accepting. No judgement-just open awareness.
Going through this divorce process is a huge letting go. Learning to be in the present moment, again and again. The practice of letting go.
By letting go it all gets done.
